Senior Session Questionnaire

Please ﬁll out this questionnaire right after booking. The information you provide helps me plan for your session and get to know who you are. The MORE info you provide, the BETTER I will be able to photograph a session that YOU love!

I have lots of ideas for locations and posing and I will guide you through everything so you don't feel awkward in front of the camera. To help me get the best location(s), backgrounds and posing for you, I'd love to know a little more about you. Here are a few ideas of what we could add to your senior session to personalize it -

• Sports you are in - basketball, football, track, volleyball, wrestling, dance, cheer, swimming, etc

• School Activities or Clubs - band, robotics, journalism, leadership, volunteer work etc

• Sports teams you love and/or the College you plan to attend

• Hobbies you love - playing guitar, reading, gaming, riding horses, skateboarding, fishing, hunting, etc

• Pets you love - your dog, cat, horse, etc. I can come to your home, we can do outside or studio

• Your cool ride - car, truck, suv, atv, boat, motorcycle, bicycle etc

DISPLAYING YOUR PHOTOS AFTER YOUR SESSION It's one thing to hire a professional to create images, it's another thing to actually do something with them. But as you go through this creative process, it's important to decide how you want to display them. Ask yourself "how do I want to see these images 5-10 years from now?"
